    Recently went for an evaluation for a surgical procedure. I waited 3 hours (yes, 3!) to see the doctor. About 2 1/2 hours into my wait I decided to use the bathroom at which point they call my name. The patient who was sitting next to me told them I had gone to the bathroom and would be back soon but they skipped over me to the next patient. A half hour later I was finally called into the office where I waited another 20 to 30 minutes and then talked to the doctor for all of 5 minutes. Nice guy but seemed desperate to just get out of the office. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use this office really and they know that. This is how these specialist offices get away with making you wait these absurd wait times. There is absolutely no respect for you or your time. You are just another patient, another copay.
